In accordance with notification obligations under article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation, the Company announces that on 24 September 2021 David Cicurel, CEO, transferred the beneficial interest in 5,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the Shoftim Charitable Trust (the "Charity").

David Cicurel and Ralph Cohen, Non-Executive Director of Judges, are trustees of the Charity. Following this gift David Cicurel is beneficially interested in 704, 488 Ordinary Shares.
