Director/PDMR Shareholding

Judges Scientific plc has been advised that David Cicurel, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, today sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and repurchased the same number of shares through his SIPP.  The sale and repurchase were conducted at a price of £14.95 per Ordinary Share.  Mr Cicurel's interest in the Company, as a result of these transactions, is unchanged at 916,642 Ordinary Shares representing 15.1 per cent of the issued Ordinary share capital.  In addition, he holds options over 1,775 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.
