Director/PDMR Shareholding

Judges Scientific plc has today been advised that purchases of Ordinary Shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company were made on 5 June 2014 by the Trustees of the Share Incentive Plan on behalf of two Directors of the Company, as follows:

A total of nine Ordinary Shares were purchased on behalf of David Cicurel, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, to which the Company added a further nine Ordinary Shares under the "matching" provisions of the Plan's rules.  His resulting interest in the Company is 916,440 Ordinary Shares representing 15.37 per cent of the issued Ordinary share capital.  In addition, he holds options over 1,775 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

A total of seven Ordinary Shares were purchased on behalf of Ralph Cohen, the Finance Director of the Company, to which the Company added a further seven Ordinary Shares under the "matching" provisions of the Plan's rules.  His resulting interest in the Company is 57,957 Ordinary Shares representing 0.97 per cent of the issued Ordinary share capital.  In addition, he holds options over 7,875 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

The purchases by the Trustees were made at a price of 2075.00p per Ordinary Share.  Purchases of a further 776 Ordinary Shares were made on the same date and at the same price on behalf of 65 other members of staff under the Plan.
