Director/PDMR Shareholding

Judges Scientific plc has been informed that Alex Hambro and Ralph Elman, both non-executive directors of the Company, today sold Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:

A total of 17,500 Ordinary Shares were sold by Alex Hambro at a price of 1775p per share. His resulting interest in the Company is 92,500 Ordinary Shares representing 1.58 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital.

A total of 50,000 Ordinary Shares were sold by Ralph Elman at a price of 1775p per share. His resulting interest in the Company is 32,429 Ordinary Shares representing 0.55 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital.
