The Company announces that it has been notified of the purchase on 1 October 2013 of 78,553 shares by Guy Naggar.  Following this transaction Mr Naggar's beneficial  interest in the share capital of the Company is 348,553 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, equivalent to 6.51% of the issued share capital of the Company of that class. 

Acacia Pension Scheme no longer has an interest in the shares of the Company.
