Director/PDMR Shareholding

Judges Scientific has today been advised that purchases of Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were made on 5 December 2014 by the Trustees of the Share Incentive Plan on behalf of two Directors of the Company, as follows:

A total of 12 Ordinary Shares were purchased on behalf of David Cicurel, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.  His resulting interest in the Company is 916,520 Ordinary Shares representing 15.28 per cent of the issued Ordinary share capital.  In addition, he holds options over 1,775 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

A total of 11 Ordinary Shares were purchased on behalf of Ralph Cohen, the Finance Director of the Company.  His resulting interest in the Company is 58,039 Ordinary Shares representing 0.97 per cent of the issued Ordinary share capital.  In addition, he holds options over 7,875 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

The purchases by the Trustees were made at a price of 1265.00p per Ordinary Share.  Purchases of a further 578 Ordinary Shares were made on the same date and at the same price on behalf of 58 other members of staff under the Plan.
