Jubilee, the AIM and AltX quoted Mine-to-Metals specialist, was notified, on 26 June 2014, that Colin Bird, Non- Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,300,000 Jubilee ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") of 1 pence each at an average price of ZAR27.6 cents (1.53 pence) per share on even date.
