The JTC PLC Employee Benefit Trust holds 5,982,117 ordinary shares of JTC PLC, equal to 3.48% of JTC PLC's issued share capital (comprising (i) 3,859,196 shares held by the Employee Benefit Trust as nominee for employees, and (ii) 2,122,921 shares held by the Employee Benefit Trust to be used to satisfy the vesting of outstanding awards).
