Subject:Signingof a salary agreement with the trade unions

Bodyof the report:

TheManagement Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("JSW", "Company")hereby reports that on 8 February 2023 the JSW Management Board signedan agreement with the representative trade union organizations operatingin the Company on the increase of the salary fund in 2023 ("Agreement").Underthe Agreement, from 1 January 2023, the salary fund will be increased by15.4%, i.e. approx. PLN 580 million.Thisinformation has been recognized as material due to the significant shareof labor costs in the overall operating costs of the Company.
