Subject:Executionof a memorandum of agreement with the trade unions regarding thedisbursement of a one-off bonus for JSW S.A. employees
Bodyof the report:
TheManagement Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("JSW", "Company")hereby reports that in performance of the provisions of clause 3 of theMemorandum of Agreement of 28 January 2022 entered into by and betweenthe JSW Management Board and the Representative Trade UnionOrganizations operating in the Company, on 5 July 2022 an agreement wassigned regarding the disbursement of a one-off bonus ("Memorandum ofAgreement").
Inaccordance with the Memorandum of Agreement, the one-off bonus will bepaid out inJuly of thisyearto all JSW employees who remained in employment as at 30 June 2022 andwere eligible to receive it.
Thecost of the one-off bonus, including the employer's costs, will notexceed PLN 480.0million_#160;and will be posted in theCompany's accounts in Q3 2022.
