The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["Company","Issuer"] hereby reports that it became aware of the necessity for theShareholder Meeting of the Issuer's subsidiary JSW KOKS S.A. to adopt aresolution on the further existence of JSW KOKS S.A. in connection withArticle 397 of the Commercial Company Code.

The Company will report on the decision of the JSW KOKS S.A. ShareholderMeeting in a separate current report.
