Under theAgreement, coal will be supplied to secure the production needs of OKKKoksovny a.s.._#160;Theestimate value of the Agreement is PLN 2.12 billion.Inconnection with the Buyer's significant share in JSW's customerportfolio, information about the executed Agreement is material due tosecuring stable coal sales in the long term.
