The Management Board of JastrzębskaSpółka Węglowa S.A. ["Company"] hereby reports that today it receivedinformation that Mr. Andrzej Karbownik has been appointed to theCompany's Supervisory Board of the 11th term of office, effective as of16 December 2025. The appointment was made by way of a statementsubmitted by the Minister of State Assets acting pursuant to § 15section 13 of the Company's Articles of Association.

Further information about theappointed Member of the JSW Supervisory Board, required by theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025, on current andperiodic information provided by issuers of securities and theconditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state, will be provided at a later date in aseparate current report.
