Subject:Reporton changes to the composition of the JSW S.A. Management Board

Body ofthe Report:

TheManagement Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("JSW", "Company")hereby reports that on 3 January 2024 the Company's Supervisory Boardadopted the resolutions to:

- dismissMr. Wojciech Kałuża from the Management Board as JSW's Vice-President ofthe Management Board for Development of the 11th term of office.

- appointMr. Tomasz Cudny as Acting Vice-President of the Management Board forDevelopment, effective from 3 January 2024 to the date of appointment ofthe Vice-President of the Management Board for Development. In theperiod mentioned above, Mr. Tomasz Cudny will also continue to serve asthe President of the JSW Management Board.
