Subject:Changes to the composition of the JSW_#160;S.A. Supervisory Board

Bodyof the Report:

TheManagement Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("Company") herebyreports that on 12 February 2024 the Company received representationsaccording to which the Minister of State Assets, acting pursuant to § 15section 13 of the Company's Articles of Association, dismissed, as of 12February 2024, the following persons from the Company's SupervisoryBoard of the 11th term of office:

- Ms.Halina Buk (SupervisoryBoard Chairperson),

- Ms.Jolanta Górska (SupervisoryBoard Member),

-Mr. Alojzy Nowak(SupervisoryBoard Member),

-Mr. Stanisław Prusek(SupervisoryBoard Member).

Reasonsfor the dismissal of the aforementioned persons were not specified.

Atthe same time, the Company hereby reports that it receivedrepresentations according to which the Minister of State Assets, actingpursuant to § 15 section 13 of the Company's Articles of Association,appointed, as of 13 February 2024, the following persons to theCompany's Supervisory Board of the 11th term of office:

- Ms.Katarzyna Bilińska,-Mr. Artur Kisielewski,

- Mr.Arkadiusz Mężyk,

- Mr.Paweł Rostowski,

- Mr.Krzysztof Szlaga,

- Mr.Krzysztof Wrona.

Otherinformation about the appointed Members of the the Company's SupervisoryBoard, which is required by the Regulation issued by the FinanceMinister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic InformationTransmitted by Securities Issuers (...) will be provided in a separatecurrent report.
