Dear Sirs,
In furtherance to our letter dated November 3, 2023, notifying the exchange(s) regarding the acquisition of Marine Oil Terminal Corp ( ‘Marine Oil Terminal’) (A company incorporated in Marshall Island) alongwith its Fujairah Branch by JSW Terminal (Middle East) FZE, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company; from MPT Commodities Limited, British Virgin Islands (Mercuria Group). We wish to inform you that JSW Terminal (Middle East) FZE has on December 19, 2023 completed the acquisition by purchase of 100% stake in Marine Oil Terminal.
Consequent to the completion of the said acquisition, Marine Oil Terminal has become the step-down subsidiary of the Company.
