The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with its registered office inKatowice [Company, Issuer] informs that it has received informationabout registration by the Katowice-Wschód Distric Court in Katowice, 8thCommercial Division of the National Register Court of the companyTERM-GO Sp. z o.o. [TERM-GO] in which the Issuer's subsidiary NETSU S.A.[NETSU] acquired 67% of shares in the share capital. The activities ofthe newly established company include, comprehensive performance ofthermo-energy installations at all stages of the investment project,from the preparation of the investment comcept and construction design,through the construction and commissioning of the installation, toservice care. NETSU commitment in the TERM-GO is related to theimplementation of the strategy for 2020-2022 in the field of building aninvestment and technical department.
