The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with its registered office inKatowice [Company, Issuer] informs that the Issuer's unit net salerevenues for the period from July 1, 2021 to August 31, 2021 was11.918.039,42 zł. This means an increase by 77,8% compared to therevenues achieved by the Company in the first half of 2021. Cumulativelyfor the period from January 1, 2021 to August 31, 2021, the Issuergenerated net sales revenue at the level of 18.620.175,76 zł. The valueof sales revenues in July and August 2021 was significantly influencedby sale of real estate in accordance with the adopted sales plan.
