The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with registered office inKatowice [Company, Issuer] in reference due to the current report ESPINo. 66/2020 of November 20, 2020 [concerning concluding a developmentagreement covering the development at least 4 photovoltaic farm projectswith a power not less than 10 MW and not more than 50 MW by theinterdependent from Farmy Fotowoltaiki S.A. company Columbus&Farmy Sp. zo.o./ informs that as a result of implementation of the company;sstrategy, Farma F8 Sp. z o.o. signed a contract for the lease of landwith an area of 166.2 ha for a period of 29 years in order to buildphotovoltaic farm with a power at least 50 MW.
