TheManagement Board of Berg Holding S.A. with registered office in Katowice[Company, Issuer] in reference to the current report ESPI No. 38/2020of October 9, 2020 [concerning concluding a development agreementcovering the development of at least 25 photovoltaic farm projectsby the interdependent from Farmy Fotowoltaiki S.A. company Columbus&FarmySp. z o.o.] informs that as a result of the implementationof the company's strategy, Farma F4 Sp. z o.o. signed a contractfor the lease of land for a period of 29 years in order to buildphotovoltaic farm with power of 1MW.
