The Company announces that it has today repurchased into Treasury 20,000 Ordinary shares at 394.2154 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 11,588,425 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares 53,817,850. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
