REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

The Company announces that it has today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 1105.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 1,635,400 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 23,762,680. The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
