Change of Portfolio Manager

The Board of JPMorgan Japan Small Cap Growth & Income plc (the 'Company') has been informed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management that Mr Naohiro Ozawa, a named portfolio manager of the Company's assets since June 2018, will be stepping down with effect from 1 April 2024.

Ms Miyako Urabe and Mr Xuming Tao will continue to manage the assets of the Company and, as a result, there will be no changes to the Company's investment process and investment objective. The Board would like to thank Mr Ozawa for his contribution to the management of the Company's assets.
