Retirement of Named Portfolio Manager

The Board has been informed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management that Mr Jeffrey Roskell, a named portfolio manager of the Company's assets since 1st August 2016, will retire in the first quarter of 2024.

Mr Omar Negyal and Mr Isaac Thong will continue to manage the assets of the Company.  The Board would like to thank Jeff for his contribution to the management of the Company's assets and wishes him the very best in his retirement.
