The Board of the Company announces that with effect from 16th October 2024, Ranjan Ramparia has been appointed as a non-executive director of Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc ("SBSI"). Ms Ramparia will also be a member of the audit and risk, nomination and remuneration, and management engagement committees of SBSI, with the intention that she will succeed Mike Balfour as chair of the audit and risk committee upon his retirement from the board of SBSI at its forthcoming annual general meeting.

The Board of the Company further announces that Ms Ramparia has not taken up her proposed appointment as non-executive director of Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust plc ("Keystone") with effect from 1st October 2024. This was as a result of Keystone's announcement on 30th September 2024 to propose a scheme of reconstruction to its shareholders.
