Company Name Change

In line with the Company's new dividend policy, the Board announces that the Company has, effective immediately, changed its name to JPMorgan Emerging Markets Growth & Income plc.

The Company's London Stock Exchange TIDM (Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic) will also change from JMG to JMGI with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 14th November 2025.

The Company's ISIN, SEDOL and LEI remain unchanged.

Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name. Existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes and no replacement share certificates will be issued in connection with the change of name.
