The Company announces that it has today purchased 134,565 ordinary shares into Treasury at 418.76 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 74,421,472 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 207,212,438. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
