The Company announces that it has today purchased 28,868 ordinary shares into Treasury at 413.50 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 57,292,133 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 224,341,777.  The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
