As at 30th June 2023 the Company's issued share capital consists of 281,633,910 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 98,897,902 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, as at 30th June 2023, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc is 182,736,008.
