In an announcement released by the Company on 7th April 2020, it was disclosed that Ms. Claire Binyon had been appointed as as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1st June 2020.

The announcement further stated that Ms. Binyon held no shares in the Company. Since the release of the announcement, Ms. Binyon has advised the Company that she acquired 2,401 Ordinary shares in the Company on 16th April 2020.
