Enclosed is an amended appendix 3Y for Daniel Smetana. The total holdings have not altered but there is a correction to the beneficial interest held.

An administrative error had 51,991 shares not included in beneficial holdings and the appendix 3Y corrects that error.

As soon as the error was discovered the change has been reported.
