RE: JYC - Initial Directors Interest Notice

An appendix 3Y is being lodged concurrently with the attached Appendix 3X - Initial Directors Interest notice.

On receipt of the Appendix 3Y from a Director, Mr Timothy Hantke, Joyce Corporation Ltd (“Joyce”) has sought to locate any previous notice. After extensive review going back to the Directors’ original appointment in June 2006, no Appendix 3X can be located in our files or found on the ASX announcements website and as a result an Appendix 3X has been prepared which is attached.

All subsequent appointments of Directors have had initial Directors notices lodged with the ASX and this possible oversight is not likely to reoccur.

All Directors formally seek approval to buy shares and are made aware of the requirements to lodge Appendix 3Y.
