Appointment of CFO and Joint Company Secretary

The Joyce Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Allison as CFO and Joint Company Secretary of Joyce Corporation.

Mr Allison is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Governance Institute of Australia. He also holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance through Kaplan Professional. Prior to commencing his role with Joyce Corporation, Tim held CFO/GM Finance roles in other public and ASX-listed organisations.

As previously announced, Mr Keith Smith has assisted with the leadership transition and now ceases to act as Company Secretary for Joyce Corporation Ltd. The Joyce Board once again thanks Keith for his valuable assistance during this period and wishes him well for his future endeavours.
