Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Joyce Corporation (ASX: JYC, “Joyce” or the “Company” ) advises that its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 23 November 2021.

The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is 12 October 2021.

Further details will be advised in the notice of the AGM that will be provided to shareholders and released to the ASX in due course.
