MEGAINFO<08279> - Change of Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Monday, 26/02/2007, the board lots for trading in
the ordinary shares (stock code: 8279) of MegaInfo Holdings
Limited ("MEGAINFO") will be changed from 20,000 shares to
4,000 shares. Accordingly, the parallel trading in the ordinary shares
of MEGAINFO will commence at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, 26/02/2007
under the following particulars:
