MEGAINFO<08279> - Share Subdivision

Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of
MegaInfo Holdings Limited ("MEGAINFO") have approved the subdivision
of shares on the basis of 1 then existing ordinary shares ("Old
Shares") of MEGAINFO into 5 new ordinary shares ("New Shares").
Effective from today (24/10/2006), a temporary counter under stock
code 8389 and stock short name "MEGAINFO" will be established for
trading in board lots of 40,000 New Shares each to replace the
previous counter (stock code: 8279) for trading in board lots of
8,000 Old Shares each.
