MEGAINFO<08279> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of MegaInfo Holdings Limited ("MEGAINFO") will cease
after the close of business on Wednesday, 29/11/2006. As from the
close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the subdivided
shares (stock code: 8389) of MEGAINFO as represented by old share
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of MEGAINFO
will only be under the following arrangements: -
