VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT GOT Wins Terminal Supply Contract in Jilin Province

The Board is pleased to announce that GOT, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has won a competitive tender to supply Jilin Sports Lottery Administration Centre with the latest sports lottery terminals.

So far in 2014, GOT, with its excellent product capability and professional services, has succeeded in winning several provincial / municipal sports lottery terminal tenders, resulting in a national market share of terminals supplied of approximately 48% for the year and further reinforcing its leading position in the Chinese sports lottery terminal market.

This announcement is made by AGTech Holdings Limited (the “Company”) on a voluntary basis to keep shareholders and potential investors informed of the latest development of the Company.

The board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company is pleased to announce that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing AGTech GOT Technology Co., Ltd. (“GOT”), has won a

competitive tender to supply Jilin Sports Lottery Administration Centre with the latest sports lottery terminals.

So far in 2014, GOT, with its excellent product capability and professional services, has succeeded in winning several provincial / municipal sports lottery terminal tenders, resulting in a national market share of terminals supplied of approximately 48% for the year and further reinforcing its leading position in the Chinese sports lottery terminal market.

The sports lottery market in China has an installed base of approximately 140,000 terminals and GOT has enjoyed a leading market share in recent years.
