Directorate change

21st Century Technology plc (AIM:C21) announces that Wilson Jennings has notified the Board of his intention to step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Company. The Board has commenced the process of finding a suitable successor and looks forward to making a further announcement in due course. Meanwhile, the Company is pleased that Mr Jennings is willing to continue as Chief Executive Officer and as a director for a period of up to 12 months, being Mr Jennings' contractual notice period.
