Notice of Annual General Meeting and Dividend Timetable

The Company wishes to advise its shareholders that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on 28 May 2013 at 10.30 a.m. at the Company's offices at Units 3 & 4 ZK Park, 23 Commerce Way, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 4ZS (the "AGM").

The formal notice of the AGM along with the Company's 2012 Annual Report have today been posted on to the Company's website, www.21stplc.com, and hard copies of these documents have been posted to all shareholders who have not elected to accept website communications. A form of proxy for use at the AGM has been posted to all shareholders.

As announced on 2 April 2013, in the Company's preliminary final results for the year ended 31 December 2012, the Company intends, subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM, to pay a final dividend of 0.7 pence per ordinary share. The timetable for the proposed dividend is as follows:

Ex-dividend date: 15 May 2013

Record date: 17 May 2013

Payment (subject to shareholder approval at the AGM):  7 June 2013
