Scrip Code:505750 Subject: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from Wednesday, 30th June, 2021 for all Directors, KMP’s, Designated Employees, Connected Persons and Auditors of the Company. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2021.

Accordingly, all Directors, KMP’s, Designated Employees, Connected Persons and Auditors of the Company have been advised not to trade in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
