- Subject: Update on Sale of Joint Venture pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in furtherance to our intimation dated March 24[th] , 2026, regarding the approval of the proposal for divestment of entire 50% of equity investment of the Company in its Joint Venture, namely Suryavayu Renewable and Energy Solutions Private Limited (“SRESPL”), to Kay Cee Energy & Infra Limited (“Kay Cee”).

Further to the above, we wish to inform you that, today, upon receipt of consideration of Rs. 1,03,100/-, the Company has transferred its entire 50% equity investment in SRESPL to Kay Cee. Consequently, SRESPL has ceased to be a Joint Venture of the Company with effect from 30[th] March, 2026.

You are requested to take the same on record.
