Scrip Code- 505750 Sub: Intimation regarding rescheduling of Board Meeting pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015

We refer to our letter dated 30[th] October, 2023, regarding intimation of the date of Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 6[th] November, 2023, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30[th] September, 2023.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, the said meeting has been rescheduled and will now be held on Thursday, 9[th] November, 2023.

As per the provisions of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, trading window for designated persons of the Company is closed and shall open after 48 hrs post declaration of financial results by the Company.
