Dear Sir / Madam,

In continuation of our previous intimation and Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to Change/appoint M/s. Big Share Services Private Limited (SEBI Registration Number IN200117) as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company in place of Computech Sharecap Limited. The effective date of transition will be informed in due course and till the transition is effected, Computech Sharecap Limited will continue to provide the RTA Services to the Company and the Shareholders.

Please note that the above disclosure of the event has been made pursuant to Regulation 30, read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
