(e) Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On December 14, 2017, the Company’s Board of Directors voted to increase the annual base salary of John Meloun, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, to $215,000, effective January 1, 2018. In addition, the Board of Directors approved the extension of Mr. Meloun’s severance period to nine months.
