Block Listing Application - amendment

Johnson Service Group plc released a 'Block Listing Application' announcement on 16 November 2018 at 3.30pm under RNS No 6663H. The effective date of the block listing of 22 November 2018 was not stated in the announcement and is now included in the below amended text.

All other details remain unchanged.

Block Listing Application

Johnson Service Group PLC ('JSG' or 'the Group') announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block admission of a total of 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Group (the "Ordinary Shares").

The block listing will be used from time to time in order to satisfy awards granted under the following schemes:

· The Johnson Service Group 2018 Save As You Earn Plan                      1,500,000 Ordinary Shares

· The Johnson Service Group PLC 2009 Long Term Incentive Plan            2,500,000 Ordinary Shares

Upon exercise, the Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the Group's existing ordinary shares in issue.

Admission is expected to become effective on 22 November 2018.
