APPROVED SAYE SHARE OPTION SCHEME

Johnson Service Group PLC has today granted share options under the approved Sharesave Plan over 1,994,024 shares (approximately 0.8% of the Company's issued share capital) at an option price of 43.75p per share.  The Sharesave Plan was approved by Shareholders at the Company's AGM on 17 June 2008. Of these options, 1,553,264 are normally exercisable between 1 December 2016 and 31 May 2017 and 440,760 between 1 December 2018 and 31 May 2019. As part of this grant, options have been awarded to the following Directors:-
