Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated ("PCAs")

Johnson Service Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it was informed on 27 June 2024 that on 27 June 2024 Johnson Brothers Employee Benefit Trust ("JBEBT") had transferred 588,452 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company for nil consideration to Johnson Charitable Trust ("JCT").

Both JBEBT and JCT are PCAs with Yvonne Monaghan (Chief Financial Officer) by virtue of Yvonne Monaghan being a trustee of JBEBT and discharging managerial responsibilities for JBEBT and by virtue of Yvonne Monaghan being a trustee of JCT and discharging managerial responsibilities for JCT.

As disclosed in the Company's annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2023, the Company considers this to be a non-beneficial interest of Yvonne Monaghan in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company. Accordingly, as a result of this transaction, the total beneficial interest of Yvonne Monaghan in the Company's issued ordinary shares of 10 pence each, remains unchanged.
