Exercise of Share Options / PDMR Dealing

Johnson Service Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following share transactions carried out by two of its Directors on 6 March 2017.

Chris Sander, Chief Executive Officer, has exercised options under the Company's Sharesave Plan over 17,526 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with an option price of 43.75 pence per share and subsequently sold 17,526 Ordinary Shares at a price of 115.4551 pence per share.  Following this transaction, Chris Sander retains a beneficial interest in 525,930 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14% of the Company's total issued share capital as at today's date.

Yvonne Monaghan, Chief Financial Officer, has exercised options under the Company's Sharesave Plan over 17,526 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with an option price of 43.75 pence per share and subsequently sold 17,526 Ordinary Shares at a price of 115.4551 pence per share.  Following this transaction, Yvonne Monaghan retains a beneficial interest in 564,086 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15% of the Company's total issued share capital as at today's date.
