Director Share Transactions

The Company has today been notified of the following share transactions carried out by two of its Directors on 13 September 2013.

Yvonne Monaghan, Finance Director, has today exercised options under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme over 6,655 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 18 pence per share.  Mrs Monaghan subsequently transferred 6,655 Ordinary Shares to her husband at nil cost.  Following this transaction, Mrs Monaghan has a beneficial interest in 143,478 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's total issued share capital.

Christopher Sander, Managing Director of the Textile Services Division, has today exercised options under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme over 6,655 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 18 pence per share.  Mr Sander subsequently transferred 121,568 Ordinary Shares to his wife at nil cost.  Following this transaction, Mr Sander has a beneficial interest in 238,655 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's total issued share capital.
